Kathy has been a valued leasing agent of Investar since 2010. She began her retail leasing career shortly after receiving her B.S. in Fashion Merchandising from Texas Christian University. She holds a Texas Real Estate Broker’s license and has previously worked for; Sugar Land Properties, The Patrician Group, Transwestern and CBRE. As the director of leasing for a New York shopping center syndication group she gained experience in negotiating leases on behalf of the Landlord, in markets across the United States.
Kathy has negotiated leases with Luby’s Calico Corners, Kroger, Palais Royal, Target Stores, Walgreens, Hallmark Cards, Beall’s Department Stores, Pier 1, Bed Bath & Beyond, Steinmart and many more. Kathy and her husband, Frank, have two children Alex and Ford.
