Jack Friloux and James D. Bayne founded Investar in January 1993 after realizing that there was a market demand for a real estate company that would focus on the needs of individual investors.  Since that time Investar has sought to deliver results through integrity  knowledge and dedication. With over 25 years experience, Mr. Bayne has been involved in several hundred real estate transactions during his career and has been recognized as one of the most productive brokers in Houston for the past several years.

The principals are personally involved with every aspect of the management and leasing process – giving clients the peace-of-mind to know that their experience is in their corner on every transaction, every agreement and every relationship that affects their interests.
