A licensed real estate agent since 1989. Susan is a motivated real estate professional with a 30 year track record of profitable experience in the management, disposition and acquisition of both commercial and residential real estate. Susan has extensive experience in the management and oversight of daily operations, risk management, interior and capital improvements, disaster restoration, lease negotiations and due diligence. Her portfolio has included high rise office buildings, high rise condominiums and retail shopping centers.
Over her expansive career she has worked with some of the top commercial and residential real estate companies in Houston. After receiving her Texas Real Estate Sales License in 1989, she earned the RPA designation in 1998 from BOMA, and is a CPM (Certified Property Manager) candidate. Susan began managing office buildings in the mid-80s. In 1991, in addition to her management responsibilities she began representing landlords in office leases. In 2010, she added residential sales as well as tenant representation to her accomplished list of successes.
She enjoys the outdoors, especially bicycling, kayaking and sailing.
